CellC is unprofessional in customer service. You have to listen to endless music whilst you want to resolve an issue, they don't have a call back option. It's ridiculous

Am so disappointed from cell c, last month, 19th July I finish my contract payment, they did not tell me, I owe 279 that from bounce, they cancel my contract as I know I finished everything... Yesterday am send to lawyers... Saying am owing cell c.... No more n I will never again

this network they will give you auto top up without your concernt and they will never soart out the issue, why have airtime while i buy 1000 minutes for all net for the whole month and i buy 50gb for 6 months day and night data
