These people are scammers, they will ask for your credit card number basically immediately.

As someone who has picked up calls from this number, it is a fake capital One that immediately asks for your credit card number when you connect to these Indian scammers, they threaten to report your number if you 'fool around'

This is not capital one they are scammers! Keep harassing me! Have called me 100 times over last 3 weeks. Even if you block them they still call off the same number. If they call again will report to police for harassment and scamming!

This is linked to a fake capital one app being distributed for fraud, theft of monies and identity theft. Can be confirmed by doing a dns and reverse dns check on the capital one bank site. Perform these tests at dns(dot)google ensuring EDNS and ALL are selected. If false report to NCA/SFO agencies.
