in this situation you have to do nothing if he/she is not a criminal. USA government take care of him for 5-6 days and then magistrate of court will take the decision to deport/asylum him on the basis of his statements. it is near about 15 days process after police custody.

Si tienes un familiar que se fue a estados unidos , cuando los detiene migración, tienen acceso algunas veces a llamadas, son de centros correcionales de migración. para recibir la llamada debes en algunis casos t pide que presiones 0 o 1 segun estado. Debes tener saldo en tu telefono para recibir
