Why is it hard to call back when we miss your calls and also what's with the threatening messages you keep sending. You already know the current situation of the country yet you keep on bombarding customers with lots of calls and silly messages

l was giving a 35%discount on my repayment loan as a Valentine's day bonus to be paid on 29th February and i did recently i log on to my and found out that the 35% which was deducted from my repayment loan is still pending and has accumulated an interest, please kindly clarify it for me.
