disconnected,i dont owe Multichoice, they say i activated my old decoder on self service and i dint, i am waiting as they say they are still investigating, i want them to show the record of me activsting the old decoder thatvwas cancelled more than 3 years ago, day light robbery this one.

they did disconnected my DStv because they say i own R507 of insurance.i told them they should cancel it cause we busy paying that amount but still disconnect it,DSTV doesn't have a good service
