I was scammed two months ago. The scammer forced me to give him my personal bank and e-wallet account information. After that, the scammer suspended my MyDigi phone number. Beware of this person; he spoke in Malay.”

when u get call from MyDigi its a scam informing u dont need to pay for 3months and free all asking TAC and also write in sms please stay alert and there's nothing free all need to pay and the best part u wont have the incoming number in your receive call history so this scammers keep on developing!

I received the same call from this number 24/12 and said the exact thing, free 3 months and required me to read the OTP. I becoming suspicious and hung up. Then spending time to lodge report now. Scammers everywhere and they are using the legit Digi customer line.

This is a scammer number. Please don't share any personal information or OTP number if asked. CelcomDigi Customer Service never called their customers. Please remind your friends, and family. Shall you have any concerns, recommended to walk in to the nearest Digi Store. Let's help each other!

layanan robot..saya ingin bertanyakan tentang kenapa liputan rangkaian Celcomdigi ini sering bermasalah diseseparuh tempat..tapi bukan hutan belantara..ia berlaku disekitar kawasan pekan dan perumahan serta ada pendudukan..bukan dalam hutan belantara dan dalam laut...celcomdigi bermasalah....

I also just received call from DIGI customer service to give them OTP to activate 3 months free postage usage. I refused and the customer service sent me a sms to follow the instructions to reply to the sms which has to be done within 1 min. I refused and was threatened that my phone will be blocked
