lets start a group to complain against MGL especially call center team for not listening

For meter reading they always come during lunch time or between 2 to 4 pm and always disturb our sleep. But we are not supposed to bother them in their office for any work during their long lunch break.

do NOT mark this number as spam - truecaller auto blocks it and they apparently close out requests if you dont answer 3 calls.. worst possible service design in history. horrible service with siloed departments and negative customer empathy.
