This is not scam. This is a credit card which only calls if you are late in payments or suspect a fraudulent purchase is trying to be placed on your call.

Yeah, it's not a scam, its a credit card, they call if they suspect someone is using your card unauthorized or you didn't pay your bill for which is probably the case for most people posting here saying it's a scam.
