Then they tell me that I needed to start an investigatio­n!!!! I said NO!!!! UPS needed to start it!!!

    Can't deliver because, "NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY LOCATION". How is that possible? I live here, and I access it every day, lol. USPS delivers mail every day, and UPS has delivered here before. Stop being lazy.
