Spectrum's bot called me, no joke, 57 TIMES in the span of 2 hrs yesterday & so far today had been up to 37 times ON THE WEEKEND! This is harassment, plain & simple. Already pd my bill, but the spvsrs say that their system hasn't updated yet to reflect pymt even tho pd/cleared a wk ago. Block 'em!

Spectrum Collections and I don't owe anything. I tried to get someone to take me off the list. It's impossible.

i canceled my cable two months ago and my internet with them two weeks ago and they are calling me 20 tines a day for payment or their will suspend my services

I kept getting calls to pay up my bills, and even when I did, I still got calls.

They call entirely too much whether your bill is due or paid, but unfortunatel­y they're the only providers in the area so you have to deal with it. But their system is forever glitching and all they off is an apology... Put that energy towards better services!!!!
