Yes I can't stand debt collectors who use numbers in my area code to try to trick me into answering, it's ridiculous. Maybe we should stop letting anyone all over the world have any number they want for 2 dollars or whatever.

I don’t get it, Portfolio recovery has been busted on multiple occasions for their unethical debt collection practices, yet they still haven’t been added to the FTC’s banned debt collector list? They spam call random people who owe no debts, yet nothing is being done by the authorities.
