This is not a scam. This is a legitimate Telus customer service number. If you are still not sure just call this number directly from the MyTelus App. That's what i did when i try to change something on my account.

It’s a TELUS number, but it’s been/being used by people phone phishing so much that it’s become impossible to tell what’s what. All you can really do is trust your gut and pay attention to the tell tale signs of fraud. I’m looking forward to the day when authenticating THEM comes. Too much unknown.
