Somehow these people have flashed my modem with custom firmware. Without giving them a Mac or serial number. I am blocked out of my modem ui, my search results are filtered and my web traffic is either redirected to phishing sites or 404ed outright. HELP

Definitely a scam number. They called me after I wanted to cancel after the outrageous charges I got. The guy acting like he was transferring me but no wait time almost like he handed the phone off to someone next to him. Indian accent.
