not my bank. If it's a legit bank call, I will call the bank MYSELF to verify anything. Be safe out there, people. Scammers are getting sophisticated

I have no idea why someone gave the thumbs down to the previous commenter as it is the bank. Because someone who is a Commonwealth Bank customer (they wouldn't have called otherwise) had marked it as spam, Trucaller blocked important calls I was waiting for.

Not fraud or spam . Have contacted the Commonwealth Bank and they have verified the phone number as being from their Financial Assistance Services Department. Phone number is valid.
