इन को पकडने के लिए पुलिसतंत्र भी फेल साबित हो रहा है। हमारे देश ने तरक्की तो बहुत कर ली, परन्तु इतनी हाइटेक तकनालाजी होने के बावजूद भी ना इनके फोन ट्रैक किये जा पा रहे है, ना इनका बैंक अकाउंट का पता। फिर Online ठगी को रोकने का सवाल ही पैदा नही होता।
