He is really from ebay, i had some doubts, but you can just msg ebay support and ask

they will try to take your ebay account

I honestly thought it was a scam number especially when i checked the number on Google and read severally complaints about it. i reached out to eBay customer service through my seller account and gave them the number. please the number is really from Ebay. they call if we accept in the settings

i contacted ebay and this this absolutely not member from them

this is the actual eBay customer service return call number, it is not a scam... unfortunatel­y you were blocking this number while I was trying to get calls from them.
