this is a scam to get your credit card information by lowering all of your interest rates regardless of banks

tried to tell me my card was compromised hung up called the number in my card and yes it was a scam

called me to say that he could refuce my interest rates on credit cards and when I told him that I had no high interest credit cards, he hung up on me

they have called me almost 1700 times in last 60days so almost 30 times a day
