He called and impersonated a bank

fcmb impersonator the caller should be arrested

It's not a scam, it's follow up customer care, i recieved the call for a reach out regarding my sons kid account i opened with them this year. So please it's not a scam number, she even alerted me to beware of scam, which that fcmb will never ask for bvn, otp, or my account details.
