Irritating… told them a million times I don’t want a upgrade but they keep on pesting me

Calls to acknowlege that I don't want to upgrade and promises to send email to request that agents stop hassling me to upgrade. Asks for my dob to confirm my details and after call proceeds to do fraudulent upgrade
