i always paid on time. 2 years ago i was diagnosed with a cronic pain condition . 2023 dec i ended up in state hospital .for around 3 months I could not work and it affected my commission . i tried explaining that i cant pay can they give me a 6 months payment break . Capitec dont care

I just want to settle my debts with you and will be out of your sight. I lost over 51k via scam, you failed to assist me, instead am still paying. I know of so many people who have experienced the same. your security measures are weak. I regret the day I joined Capitec.

I think Capitec must have a policy to help their customers cos even if the person reports that he or she's not working they don't care all they want its money as if you will run away.i mean they do see in your Acc that no money is being coming in the past month's but still they will call n ask for i

Fake Capitec spam

There was transfer out of my account, almost R60 000 to 2 other capitec accounts and one discovery account. Now they want the money that was out off my credit card also transfered. But cannot assist to where my money went. Even after a Police affidavit was filed at the branch.

No association with Capitec at all.

its actually draining to receive a call everyday for 4 months at 10am from you guys asking the same questions over and over again, eg im sipho from capitec all call are recorded, will you confirm your id number ,gosh it drive me mad now really and truth full ,ive been to the bank this month 3 times
