not work proper formalty krtey hai koi kaam nhi hota hai complaint bnd kr detey hai

Absolutely poor service .just formalities and not satisfied to the customer.i have complaint fourth time through CM helpline number against Electricity department from 6th month but no satisfactory answer received from their end to till now Hope that in future what do?
