Customer service call centre also dont know much status and they provide always hight resolution time. Pathetic and disgusting team. Keep always there MD in mails to work.

This is scam, wordt customer service and experience. Never purchase extended warranty it is worthless. instead we can consult local technician. Never recommend to anyone. They will cancel the request without any resolution

never buy from jio digital. the service is worst. i bought lg 1.5 ton ac and they installed it wrong (slanted). they didnt complete the outlet work, which i had to get done later. they nevr respond to calls and dont reach back.
