They keep calling you till you die for the amount which is not due... Funny bank sbi recovery agents have no mind... They just extort money from poor people... Rich ppl like dhoot, neerav Modi, kingfisher vanish with thousands of crore and they follow ppl with few thousand rupee loan... Frustrating

as per limitation act 1963 after three years from of default bank can not go court. there is 3 years time in which they have to file a case but in credit card they never do case. only settlement is done at 20 percent.

एसबीआई बैंक से कभी भी क्रेडिट कार्ड या लोन न लें। वे तुम्हें परेशान करेंगे और वसूली के लिए अपने गुंडे तुम्हारे घर भेजेंगे। इस सबसे खराब बैंक से दूर रहें.

sbi hai toh kya hua.... jab mere pass denekeliye paise hi nahi hai toh toh kya karun.... jo karna hai karlo.. I dont care, maine koi crime nahi kiya, bas Loan chuka nahi paa raha hoon....case file karlo, ill see u in lok Adalat

Never take credit cards or loans from SBI bank. They will harass you and send their hooligans to your home for recovery. Stay away from this worst bank.

jab dekho tab subah 8 baje se ye sbi vale log gunde log ki tarah pichhe pad jate hai or raat ko 7 baje tak cl pe cl krte rahte hai , 15 august ke din bhi ye log cl krte rahe hai ,muje pareshan kr diya hai,jab dekho tab subah,dopahar, shaam ko bhi khane nahi de rahe pine bhi nahi de rahe i hvnt money

fraud scammers .. calling 20 times continuously.. harrassing people

Indeed, Sbi card is a fraud. They offers many things, and debits the card account, sends monthly statement, even that offer of the funds not received by the card holders. After that, they impacts the cibil score. The card holders should file defamation case against sbi card. As I am trying for it.
