Transfer to customer service wasted my 2 minutes listening to BS music. Prolly scam as the AI voice just cuts to new script when I wanted to say something else

Is a valid call from AIA. An AI bot will remind on premium due. (Maybe u have paid few days ago but the data might not refreshed too often)

F*%@ing scammer. They called my mom about an overdue AIA insurance plan but my mom NEVER bought any insurance plans from AIA! I knew something was fishy and it turned out to be a scam indeed

This is a scam call . Don’t trust . I already paid my due but the voice is saying that I didn’t made the payment yet. Jokers

It’s a scam call. It’s not a reminder call. The AI will tell you that you have past due payment and asked whether u wanna make payment immediately and she will transfer u to the customer service. Double checked with my agent and he said that AIA will not do it this way for payment

My mother recieved this call with a women's voice and addressing my mom's full name. It demands for payment. Had confirmed with insurance agent that AIA won't call clients and demand payment. Just ignore this number will do.
