it's either someone you love that's locked up and needs some commissary or some Bond money or it's your ex husband who stole your car and you want nothing to do with blowing your phone up LOL

It's legitimate for setting up a prepaid phone account for an inmate... but I don't recommend responding to them unless it's for an inmate you trust and wish to pay to speak with.

Actually they do call you for a reminder to add money to your phone because you're getting low on funds.
