Made a payment arrangement. They restored my service but throttled me. Called back to ask what I'm paying for and they had no idea that I just made a payment arrangement less than an hour after making it. Absolute clown show.

you have to try like hell to teach an agent. Ask for an AGENT. Refuse the text and virtual assistant options and press 1 (when prompted) and leave your callback number. Stay strong my friends!

I needed to speak to a live agent to claer up abillig problem. AI has is just programed bately to handle simple tasks if you need to speak to an agent. AI will hang up on you. The program is not good.
