bsnl net work and signel is not workink and very very bad .

Internet Services are very poor. Audio call quality is poorest in bsnl...God knows why! Only good thing about bsnl is that its recharge packs are affordable and in hilly areas like Sikkim it provides 4G network. That's the bottomline.

Yesterday the lady from customer care who was talking to me about the recharge was very sweet to me, even though bsnl's service is not good, i like this madam's sweet behavior, thanks mam, god bless u.

it's bsnl service center, but they never picked the call ,bsnl company is very unsupportive team .
