daily receiving call but nobody talk when answer the call

call me daily more 5 time with 2 to 5 seconds ring

customer service like to play miss call , ring just 1 sec then hang off then after 5min ring 1 sec hang off again . seem staff just making record to meet their management monitoring

it's better to send SMS reminder rather than keep calling me at work. and I can't attend to my phone when I'm at work. and if i were to call them back, it's after office hours. ‍

owe them one month only but kept calling one day four five times and when pick up, no one in the other line. just disconnected. not that we want to run away.

Why keep calling and did not tell the purpose of the call but already started asking my mum's last name and my last 4 IC number for verification? I can't understand.
