He is the biggest scamster of India. He stole debit card details and ask us for CVV. Already, a cyber crime complaint has been filed against him and a case is going on. Still he is making such calls. answer his calls at your own risk

if u know that u r being kept blocked , then y r u calling continuously... plz don't make useless calls on this no. too

he keeps calling every day 20 to 30 times a day and asking for money and told to pay loan which is not taken by me

I don't understand where there are so many negative comments. If one don't want call from kilkari there is option to stop the call. What is need of giving bad reviews and adding to spam. Its a nice initiative from india govenment which is really helpfull for new parents as well as new born.
