Useless bank. They don’t respond to called and emails for account statement and then keep calling 3 times a day for very very little overdue! The caller gives convenient answer and avoids helping to give account statement. I’m fed up

yes true even I have made my payment before date but still getting call, they have to check statement and should call customer

third class bank, debited my account without my Authorizatio­n, and keep calling for a fraud transaction, despite informing them that this is an unauthorised transaction and they have to reverse it,
