Keeps calling me everyday. CDC will not call you. Likely a scam.

I told them to stop calling and they still keep calling almost daily. I had to block them.

Survey for vaccinations for kids.

When they called me they claimed cdc. When I called them it was University of Chicago but my phone labeled it as a number from Georgia.

same issue keep calling back even using phone number blocker on phone.
