It’s a spam calling center. The moment I told them I’m logged into my account and my bill is paid, the guy hung up. Frustrated that he didn’t get any loot maybe.

this is the PSE&g utilities customer service number. just today they used it for an alert. it's possible that could be believed to be spam, but they give you an opt-out option. if you don't want to have service alerts. I can't come in on whether they initiate calls for payment issues as someone said
