Today Morning 3 Am I received your call. You don't know RBI guidelines. Today is Holiday and also as per RBI guidelines morning 8 to evening 6 Between only you can contact. Diffenaitely I will complaint to Banking Ambudsmen about this.

Useless bank. They don’t respond to called and emails for account statement and then keep calling 3 times a day for very very little overdue! The caller gives convenient answer and avoids helping to give account statement. I’m fed up
