HORRIBLE customer service. the service itself has been decent for years, but if something goes wrong and you have to contact them, you're in big trouble. I've had them lie about reimbursement, make up stories about replacement phone, act like they cant hear you anymore to get out of helping, etc.

Do not give your information to these people!!!!! I get the same person every time no matter what. I’m calling about. If it’s my Capital One auto insurance my USAA my Chase bank Amazon. They’re all a huge fraud and I’m going through it right now. They’re all in my banking and everything !!!!!!!

Bad customer service, safelink was purchased by Verizon wireless. This is a call back number they use when calling 611 on your cell. This call center is offshore and provides poor customer support for MVNO resellers of cell service. Straghttalk, safelink, tracfone and more. There are only 3 networks

so is trackfone when I purchased my android phone from Walmart I purchased the 5gig and unlimited talk and text with a Walmart family service. Well some how I'm now using Trackfone services.... SMH...

I AGREE TO NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR IMEI, SIM CARD # NOR CODES SENT BY TEXT MESSAGE. THIS INFORMATION IS ALL SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE OVER YOUR SERVICE! I promise! Numerous, some brand new, phones are now compromised 'cause I thought these ppl were employees and Id immediately see malware apps appear!

Trashy, pathetic, offshore & outsourced "Customer Support" for Visible by Verizon Wireless. Absolutely atrocious and appalling demeanor & behavior with an unwillingness to provide any tangible support. Insulting, rude, and unprofessional. I've filed a complaint with the FCC, and you should, too.

called me back supposedly from safelink wireless. they will give u the runaround and try to get your personal info. most of these agents say they are from the Philippines.
