I've had them lie about reimbursement, make up stories about replacement phone, act like they cant hear you anymore to get out of helping, etc.70

This call center is offshore and provides poor customer support for MVNO resellers of cell service. Straghttalk, safelink, tracfone and more. There are only 3 networks90

And I agree with everyone else, worst tech support ever. Forced me to change my phone number also.10
