Bad customer service, safelink was purchased by Verizon wireless. This is a call back number they use when calling 611 on your cell. This call center is offshore and provides poor customer support for MVNO resellers of cell service. Straghttalk, safelink, tracfone and more. There are only 3 networks

HORRIBLE customer service. the service itself has been decent for years, but if something goes wrong and you have to contact them, you're in big trouble. I've had them lie about reimbursemen­t, make up stories about replacement phone, act like they cant hear you anymore to get out of helping, etc.

Terrible Cust Service. I closed my Safelink Acct and easily found a better Provider.

doesn't anybody agree with me that this me that this commenting on phone numbers is just another way to sneak and message somebody you want to talk to about somebody else you don't want to know know about it that's all it is why are you why are we commenting on a straight talk phone number
